I had to reach out the day of check-in for entry code. Previous renting host contacted me. Otherwise host replied in reasonable time with questions. Rooms clean but no other cleaning done. We had a six night stay and no sweeping or vacuuming done. All living room furniture way too low to the floor. Beds and pillows too hard. We went out and bought new pillow. Asked for another and told that's all there is. Good location for our needs. Needs more blankets. Had to ask more than once to turn down air conditioning. Only one tea towel, no dish cloth. No bathroom hand towel. Only 3 bath towels. Had to ask for fresh ones for 6 day stay. We had to put in laundry basket and bring to upstairs door and then once washed and dried they were returned. Asked to strip beds before leaving and take out garbage and recycling. Suggest Keurig coffee maker. Bought our own coffee. Noise upstairs late into evening. Clock on wall but not working. Needed battery. Stated blow dryer, there wasn't one. No iron. On street parking hard to find parking spot. Had to park on side street at times. Cement block pathway with gravel in between to enterance so cannot roll suitcases. Rating said 10. I would disagree.
