Great Location, Great Space!

This property is in a wonderful neighbourhood andwalking distance to a lovely brewery!It is fitted out with everything I needed and has onsite parking which is great. Mattress is comfortable and Samira was great and fast to communicate with.I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again for sure!!

Very clean and nicely appointed interior. It is in a busy neighborhood but reasonably quiet. Within walking distance to hospital, restaurants and some shopping. Host Samira responded quickly to our inquries. Good value for our reservation timeframe. Would recommend for the value conscious traveler

I enjoyed the house , I felt safe and it was very clean . The only problem we had was the parking, only parking for one small vehicle, other than that was the perfect place .

I visited Winnipeg for a medical procedure at St.Boniface hospital and this property was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful inside and feels brand new. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there is an AMAZING bath tub!! The host was super helpful and easy to get in touch with, always answered quickly. Convenient parking and friendly neighbourhood. Would highly recommend, especially if you need to be at St. Boniface!

Quaint outside, modern inside!

I’m impressed at the location of this property. On my first morning, I walked towards The Forks. There are others walking, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. In the night time, the neighborhood is quiet. The property is well renovated inside with modern amenities. The host is very accommodating and communicated well.

Girls weekend

Great location, and host was quick to respond to messages.A few things I wish I had known before booking:*That there was no washing machine available. This was listed as an amenity when we booked, and still listed on the day we arrived. When a member of our group went to use the washing machine, there was a sign saying it was broken. I messaged asking when it would be fixed, and was told it would not be but that there was a laundromat nearby. If there are any amenities listed that are important to you, I would suggest messaging the host to confirm that they are still there - even if they are on the listing.*The two single beds had very firm mattresses (comparable to a sleeping mat on the ground - one member of our group ended up sleeping on the couch*All of the house rules before booking - the host sent a message with a dozen plus house rules the day before check in. Most were reasonable, but one would have been a dealbreaker if we were informed in advance.

Great host, off street parking for one car, clean and warm. Really high ceilings (11 foot) Perfect location for getting around town.Limited number of towels, but I brought my own so wasn't an issue ;-)

We loved that the property was so close to our mom's care home. What we didn't like was that there was only 1 queen bed in a 3 bedroom house. The 2 tiny beds were rock hard and super low to the ground, as was the living room sofa. The sofa was also extremely worn. Although there was a coffee maker, there was no coffee, she brought coffee the 2nd night of our stay, there was no tea, not sure if there was a kettle or not. We did love that the home had 2 bathrooms one with a walk in shower.

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit Kleinigkeiten zu beachten.

Erwartungen wurden fast vollständig erfüllt und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend.Leider in einem der Zimmer kein Regal oder Schrank um den Koffer bei längerem Aufenthalt zu entpacken Wir haben die Waschmaschine fest eingeplant, diese funktionierte leider nicht. Aber nach Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, im Übrigen immer ziemlich schnelle Antworten, wurde ein Lösung gefunden. Ein Waschsalon in Fußnähe und der finanzielle Ausgleich durch die Gastgeber.Ansonsten bietet das Haus alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Internet ist schnell, das Fernsehpaket groß, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank und Kaffee-Pod-Automat auf dem neuesten Stand.Danke für Allesmaschine fest eingeplant. Dies
