Accommodations were nice but I was unaware that I was renting just a room and not the whole basement. That is on me but be aware that there is another room available and the possibility that you will be sharing with a complete stranger is a possibility. The kitchenette leaves much to be desired. There is only a mini-fridge, not a full one and other than complementary bottled water, there is nothing there for coffee or complimentary things like coffee, tea etc. Bed was comfortable and rooms with a TV were nice. Good area of town and convenient to many things. I would not stay there again for convenience reasons, but I would recommend anyone who reads the fine print and is fine renting just one room, you can't go wrong here.
