Newly renovated, The Exchange offers comfort and modern amenities surrounded by old world charm. Located in the historic district of this spectacular river town, you can experience and explore the culture and natural playground that is Winona.

The Exchange was built in 1900 as the commodities exchange for ship and rail transport coming along the Mississippi River. Keep an eye out throughout the building for subtle mentions to the past and the stories this unique building holds.

This studio bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people on a king size bed. Spacious open area offers original flooring, high ceilings, large windows with lots of natural light, and tons of character. Our modern kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Convenient in unit washer and dryer are provided. Bring your pet along for your adventures in Winona. Wifi included. In walking distance to local attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, brewery, bars, movie theater, parks and walking/biking trails, Mississippi River, Winona State University and more!

We absolutely loved it. Everything was very comfortable and the woodwork is beautiful. The setting in this historic building was great and reading about its history was very interesting. A block away was Cafe Sapori di Sicilia, a Sicilian restaurant of the quality you would find in a big city. We spent a day in Wabasha at the National Eagle Center which was incredible. We had a wonderful time.
