"Run down place, poorly maintained main lobby and elevators"

"Well, i was assigned room 207. The bathroom toliet needed to be cleaned, the shower 🚿 didn't work at all, water pooled in the bathtub 🛁the carpet needed to be cleaned and the morning i was leaving the electricity went off, so there wasn't any HOT water AT ALL. WHEN i checked out, i asked the person at the desk, if i could get a credit of $50 to my account for the inconveniences, they told me know without hesitation. Additionally the elevator was out of order. Justca note to consider, if you have no expectations this will work for you. The owners are CHEAP!!! they need to actually hire housekeeping staff and maintenance 🙄 to do the repairs. You'll see 👀 once you checkin. Going with another chain hotel you get better services. "

"There were multiple issues with this property... From the moment we arrived, there were 5 police officers and animal control blocking the drop off zone due to "someone having a cat that they weren't supposed to, so they had it removed" though they also looked through the windows of a car in the lot... As for the property itself: 1. There are 3 elevators, but only 1 works and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to arrive when you push the button... When it did, the hand rails inside were busted and there was a patch on the wall. 2. There was a used contact lense on the floor of our room, dirt and wrapper from trash that wasn't ours. We do not wear contacts and hadn't opened food. 3. The bathroom floor did not appear to be mopped 4. Hand Towels had stains on them 5. AC did not cool the room. We turned it to 60 degrees at 3pm and returned at about 1030pm and still had no change. Our infant was sweating even when I undressed and couldn't sleep for hours. We ended up having to get portable fans from our car to be able to sleep . 6. There are no amenities other than the pool (which we did not use so I can't speak to it) 7. Safety is a 0- it's in a sketchy area, and even though security is in the parking lot at all times, the fact that they just text a QR code as the key, and the doors have no deadbolts or chains is a problem. They only have the flip out metal lock. Not returning. Do not recommend. "

"The room was definitely dirty. Had to change rooms because the television kept going out, the toilet would not flush and the refrigerator did not work. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke but we dealt with it because we were too tired to leave again. We did not get cleaning service on the second day so we had to ask for tissue and towels. When they did clean the floor was still nasty and full of crumbs. Definitely not a good look for a Marriott brand hotel."
