The front desk staff was unfriendly except the person on duty at check out. The valets were friendly. Our in room phone was broken and never fixed despite reporting it. Breakfast was ok.

Our neighbor in the adjoining room left the television on all night and we called the front desk to ask them to get them to turn it down and that never happened. Bad experience.

To start they do not have self parking just Valet which is $20 every time. Had to pay parking on a parking lot next to the hotel. They had charged a dog fee of $75.00 per day. Even though there was nothing in the app and their website stating dog fee. We stayed three nights. They claimed being dog friendly only on their website and doesn’t state charging. They did not clean my room.

Comfortable but poor customer service
The room I stayed is was great! It was clean, comfortable, and I was able to relax. However if you have rowdy people and kids running up and down the halls at 10:30pm. If you call down to the front desk, they won’t do anything to help you.

Terrible experience. We reserved this room months ago and were never told about having to pay for valet parking per night. Rooms were dusty and we couldn’t breathe all night, let alone sleep. Only highlight was that the valet employees were very kind. Won’t return again.

The valet parking is weird - they literally parked the car 10 feet from the door, but the valet had to retrieve it for us. And there was a lot of confusion when we checked in - wrong room type, then wrong name so we couldn’t access WiFi. It got straightened out, and the stay was good, but got off to a rocky start.

They charge for parking. It took us approx 50 minutes to check out because their new system to charge for parking was not working. After a long wait we didn’t get charged but lost time. We had plans that morning but we had to cancel bc checkout took to long. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken so no soap to use.

As we checked in we were told that, starting that day, there was a $22. Fee for valet parking and that guests HAD to use valet parking. Otherwise we had to park on the street or another pay garage. We were most annoyed that there was no notice of this when we booked our reservation. If you keep Nicole and dining your guests you will quickly become as loathed as the airlines.

If you stay on the Cherry Street side - this hotel is VERY noisy with traffic. The staff really should get 10 stars - very kind and attentive.

Nice choice for downtown W-S
The facility and room were clean and comfortable but the A/C unit was really noisy. Also, there’s onsite parking (for a fee), which was great but not easy for anyone driving a large vehicle.
