Stunning townhome. Few minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort and Town of WP

This Lakota townhome is located across the street from the entry to the base of Winter Part Resort / Old Town, and a short 4 mile drive to Town of Winter Park. The main level flows nicely from the living room with gas fireplace to the dining area and kitchen with all the necessities. On this floor you’ll find a powder room and primary bedroom with king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other offers a twin over twin bunk. The lowest/entry level has an attached garage and laundry room. You’ll find its spacious and comfortable for one or even two families.

The smart Blu Ray player in living room gives you access to Netflix and other streaming services (with your personal account). Unit does NOT have cable (basic local channels in living room only). Netflix (with personal account), etc. in primary bedroom.

Winter Park Resort is just 1.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.7 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.3 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Great Winter Park Stay

The location is great, right by the main entrance to WP's base village (short drive to drop off skiiers or quick walk to shuttle stop). The home was comfortable and well-equipped. The whirlpool tub is a nice treat after a long day on the slopes! Management was great helping us to check-in early and to locate renting baby items needed. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great condo in a perfect location

Stayed here for a family ski trip. Condo was a 2 min max drive to the base, very easy to get back and forth. Loved having a garage for our car, this kept it warm and ice/snow free. Only thing I wished it had was a hot tub, but overall this place was great! Would definitely stay here again no doubt!

Great family ski trip

This property is in a great location and had more than enough room for our family of 5. Easy access to WP bus to get to the mountain. Ample storage, including washer and dryer. The property had lots of extras, including laundry detergent, coffee and filters, and dishwasher soap (all things that are a bummer to buy for just a short stay). The kids enjoyed using the sleds that were in the garage, and the full game closet.

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and we liked the decor. It is very well stocked with all the cooking ware and utensils you would need to cook and eat in. Very close to the resort base. You can walk to the base which is about a 10 min walk or catch the shuttle. the shuttle stop is about a 3 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the place is great. The location can’t be beat. The bust stop is a short walk away which gets you to the slopes quickly. DONT TRY TO PARK AT WINTERPARK.The place is well stocked and comfortable.I do think it’s time for a remodel only to modernize. The couch could use an upgrade but the chairs were comfy.Beds are good but pillows need an upgrade.I would stay here again. Pros outweigh the cons.

Great house

Recommend the house. Very clean and well stocked kitchen so was easy to make breakfast every day. Only slight con is that the green shuttle line tracking was down. Regardless of the app It was at times a long wait both going and returning so getting on and off the mountain was a little harder and took longer than expected.

House was very cold and slow to warm up. Called the mgmt company and not very helpful- never called back. Main TVs need some explanation with remotes. Gas fireplace turns off by itself. Great location. For the price, would be nice to have tvs in one other bedroom.

Nice property and location. Not the best management.

We stayed at the property for two days to celebrate a birthday in September. The location was perfect only a short walk to the Winter Park Resort. The property was clean and fairly well stocked. The only thing was that there were soap/shampoo dispensers in every shower, however they were not labled so it was hard to tell which one was which. Communication with the property manager was not the best. Access to the property manager was limited and it would take forever to get a response. The day before our departure we requested to check out at 11:15a instead of 10a because my daughter had to attend an online class. After waiting 15 hours for a response we were finally denied after I sent another message. The property manager said that she had cleaning crew coming to the house within minutes after our check out time and there was no way to change the time or if I wanted for them to come in later I had to pay extra. She said “I am sorry I could not accommodate your last minute request”. Interestingly, the property was not booked for the next four days. I have stayed at different VRBOs over the past 7 years and never had an owner deny a check out 1 hour later, especially if a property was going to be empty for the next few days. We ended up checking out at 10am and my daughter missed her class.
