Located in Beaver Village Condominiums, this 2BR/2BA rental presents the perfect fusion of comfort and convenience. This alpine getaway provides a forest-view balcony and an updated interior with a fireplace and a smart TV. On-site perks include an indoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a clubhouse.

Access to the slopes is made easy with the complimentary ski shuttle. Walk less than 10 minutes to dining and shopping establishments.

LIVING AREA

After days on the slopes, relax with a cup of hot cocoa next to the gas-burning fireplace. The couch converts to a sleeper, while a smart TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware.

When it’s time to dine, gather at the six-person kitchen bar or four-person table.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The two cozy bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This ground-floor condo is accessed via a short flight of steps at the entryway. The condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION

Heading to the slopes is a breeze with a complimentary ski shuttle that picks up every 15 minutes during ski season. Walk under 10 minutes to shopping and dining on Main Street.

Across from the parking lot you will find a network of trailheads for hiking and mountain biking. For even more adventure, take the 30-minute drive to Lake Granby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cozy neat condo

We're a family of three, and the condo was well-suited for us. Well-maintained kitchen, all appliances in good working order. Clean functioning bathrooms. Overall good temperature insulation (important in winter!).

My only negative was that in the two bedroom condo each of the bedsheets were still dirty when we arrived. Other than that, the condo was amazing and very clean. It’s also a very short drive from many restaurants, including an urgent care and many other things. I would definitely stay here again. Being a bottom floor apartment it was very loud all hours of the day at night from the condo above us. That would not be enough to make me not choose to stay here again.

My family of 3 had a great 2 week stay in this condo. Convenient location, clean unit, nicely furnished with all we needed. Walking distance to Main Street Winter Park and plenty of dining options. Very close to hiking trails and greenway just outside the unit. We cooked most meals in the great kitchen. WiFi signal wasn’t always strong but we made do.
