Newly renovated mountain condo close to world class skiing, mountain biking trails and gold medal fly fishing waters. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is well equipped with a stocked kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge TV in the family room with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace to relax after a busy day enjoying the great outdoors. Dining room table with seating for 6 as well as barstools at the kitchen counter. Ski bus walking distance. Attached garage plus storage.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Checkout time: 10:00 AM (extended to 1pm) 1. Trash: Empty all trash cans and place the bags in the outdoor dumpster. 2. Dishes: Load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
3. Linens & Towels: Remove used bed linens and bath towels, and leave them in the hallway near the washer and dryer.
4. Thermostat: Set the Nest thermostat to 67°F. 5. Fridge: Remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
