Welcome to our 5 bedroom luxury town home located directly across from the Winter Park Ski Resort. This well appointed Townhome provides convenience, fabulous views and wonderful accommodations.

On the main level you will discover 2 beautifully appointed king bedroom suites, each with TV, walk-in closets and full baths. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared full bath with tub and shower. On the lower level is a great bunk room providing 1 twin over full bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. TV/DVD and full bath. Bring your X-Box or favorite gaming devices and plug them right in. Popular board games provided to add to the family fun. Lots of great living space on 3 levels - sleeps 12.
End a glorious day of skiing or hiking by relaxing in the large, private hot tub overlooking the slopes and under the stars. Our townhome is minutes from the national forest and all the trails it has to offer. The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, smart cable TV, DVD and amazing mountain views. Warm yourself by the fire and catch a football game or simply enjoy quiet music in the beautiful mountains that surround you.
The kitchen will please any gourmet, well equipped with most all appliances and the dining table is great for large group seating. A gas grill on the deck is great in any season. Would you like groceries to be waiting - that service is available to you. Shuttle is across the street for the ski resort or into town. Whether your group is many or few - you will love the features of this home away from home. Laundry room with washer and dryer, ski storage in the heated garage and free wireless internet provides you with everything you'll need for the perfect Winter Park vacation! We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Winter Park. Our license number is 005650.

There is overflow parking on the left when coming into Lakota on Lakota Trail.

Perfect stay for a large group

Beautiful spot for our large group. Convenient shuttle to the lifts, private hot tub with a view of the resort, and the home had everything we needed for our vacation. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! We stay with VRBO properties when we travel and this one was above expectations. From the simple things like toiletries and stocked paper supplies to the hot tub and host response and recommendations. We are excited to plan another stay!

Great location

Very nice townhome right across Hwy 40 from Winter Park Ski Resort. We had 5 adults and 4 children in our group. Nice indoor space for hanging out and good bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Winter Park Family Vacation

The property was in an excellent location. Lift stop was real close. The den and kitchen were together and all 11 of us could meet there. The hot tub worked. It is a great place to stay!

Perfect Thanksgiving Week

Perfect property for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Generously equipped kitchen for our Thanksgiving dinner! Location is wonderful — such easy access to skiing, trails within walking distance, and quick drive to town. Bonuses: 22 inches of snow and seeing a moose nearby!

Great Ski Vacation

The accommodations had every thing you could want, hot tub looking over the slopes after a great day of skiing was relaxing & breathtaking. Some of our group used our vehicle while others used the bus transportation 300' from our front door (Best way to go, easy and great drop off on both ends.

Beautiful end unit with a great view of Winter Park

We’ve been coming up to Winter Park for 18 years. Lakota is a great location and this end unit with direct views of the slopes is incredible. Perfectly accommodated for a family and a great location. Will definitely be coming back.

A Perfect Week

Our family had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous townhome very close to Winter Park Resort. It has everything you could want and more. The view of the ski slopes from the wall of windows was magnificent! The hot tub was a special treat after a day of skiing. The stop for the shuttle to the resort was a very short walk (~5 min.) We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay with wonderful memories!

We booked this home for a 7-day vacation for the whole family and had a great time! We were excited to arrive based on the description, and our expectations were not only met but exceeded! We used all the rooms and bathrooms and enjoyed the easiness of the hot tub, the gas fireplace, and cooking in the kitchen. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were modern and functioning; the mattresses are all high-quality. Above all, everything was super-clean! not a speck of dust anywhere when we arrived, carpet in the bedrooms warm and nice, clean, all furniture impeccable. THANK YOU Lisa, your home is awesome and we have great memories of our stay. We hope to come back next year!

Awesome condo

Regardless how nice a property is, your trip can quickly be ruined with the property manager who will not respond. (Especially some of the large rental companies not even in the area!) Lisa was amazingly helpful and quick to respond! From check in to check out, if we ever had a question, she was there. Thanks for such a wonderful property and great hospitality!

Excellent Property

The property and location are top notch. My only negative experience is with the transportation system available after 5:30PM. This issue is not directly related to the property but it did affect our stay, it's best to have a car. Other than that, as far as the property is concerned, we loved it and would go back.

Wonderful accommodations in a wonderful location.

The property is ideally located to enjoy Winter Park skiing. The shuttle to and from the slopes is a short 100 yard walk. This property has everything you could ask for and some things you didn't. Beautiful design, clean and family oriented. One thing to consider is that the people in your party do need to have the ability to climb stairs. Not an issue for our party, however, it may be for some.

Home away from home

Thank you for opening your vacation home to my family! It was the perfect location for a week away. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, we truly didn’t feel like we were in a VRBO property. It felt like our own vacation home ready for us (games and all!), just needing the groceries for the week. All of the kids were comfortable in the bunk room, the adults loved the privacy that the other rooms provided. The furniture was comfortable and homey, it didn’t feel like cheap, low grade products to fill a space! The views from the hot tub were breath taking. The host went as far as to share some family information, property information, as well as information on the area during on and off seasons! This will be a property we rent again, without hesitation as we were truly in awe of how lucky we were with this property!

Fantastic location and home for a large family

For many years we have rented a large home for a family ski trip and this home was by far our favorite! The location could not have been better. It is literally across the street from Winter Park Ski Resort and less than a minute walk to the shuttle stop. It is well stocked with everything you need for a family of 12-14. The kitchen had enough everyday items for our family of 9 to cook and eat 3 meals a day and not run out of anything before running the dishwasher each night. The kids loved sharing the bunk bed room complete with big TV and bean bag chairs. We used the hot tub and large beach towels provided daily after hitting the slopes and played many of the games from the bookshelf at night. Thermostats are very accurate and properly balanced so it was easy to control the temperature on all 3 floors. The large washer and dryer came in very handy and the radiant heat floors were a great bonus! And our host was very responsive and friendly when we called or texted with questions. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here on our next trip to Winter Park!
