Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. We loved the location. So convenient to free ski shuttle and walk to grocery shop, restaurants and more. The space was modern, clean, well appointed and had underground parking and full kitchen amenities. We will def stay here again!

We had a great time at this extremely convenient and comfortable condo. Winter Park Escapes were very helpful and friendly too. Would love to return
Family of five were all very pleased with the modern unit-comfortable and clean. Kitchen offered just about everything one would need. Terrific location-convenient walk to market, restaurants and trails....easy drive to Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park and other nearby points of interest.
The unit is new, bright, and fresh, with quality amenities.
We really appreciated the covered parking and elevator. Location is great, close to downtown Winter Park and bus line.
We had great experience at the property. everything was clean , equipped and beautiful.

The only comment we have is that in the description, the apartment described as 3 bad rooms and it was only 2 bad rooms with open sofa in the leaving room.
Loved this place. Communication with host was quick and easy. Location was outstanding. Condo was beautiful and well appointed. Very new and it looked it. Bed was firmer than I’m used to, but I’d definitely recommend.
This condo has it all! Family-friendly environment with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and wireless internet so you can still log in for zoom calls if needed.
I would also like to point out the attention to detail. Cleaning crew is top notch.
Highly recommend for your next trip to Winter Park.

Amazing Colorado Adventure
My family and I had an amazing time in Winter Park. This condo was everything we needed it to be. It was well appointed and the kitchen was well equipped. Awesome location, incredible amenities and all the comforts of home. The fireplace was nice to return to after having fun in the snow! We also enjoyed family meals here with the added warmth (literally & figuratively) of the fireplace. The hot tub was a nice place to unwind at night and after a day of snow activities. We have no complaints and we will definitely return to Winter Park, and will stay at Hideaway #103 again. Awesome condo!

Great time!
We all had a great time at our recent visit to Winter Park. Everyone I spoke to when making the reservation was very nice and answered any questions I had thoroughly. Everything went perfect and the condo was clean beyond words. Worth every penny I spent! I will definitely be returning again in the future.

Amazing stay!
Beautiful and clean condo located very close to Winter Park ski resort. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
This property had everything we needed! Beautiful, great condition and location was perfect. Walk to the market, snowmobile rental, coffee shop and several restaurants. Love that we had a garage with all the snow we had! Would stay here again!
This place is amazing. Only negative we could find is the upstairs unit above sounded like they were stomping constantly and we had to ask them to be considerate. Could just be the floor and not the heavy steppers constantly walking around.

Great condo in a great location
This condo was really nice and in a great area, close to restaurants and shops and even a grocery market. The condo had all the amenities we needed and even extra towels. It was very clean and well-maintained. I'd recommend this rental to anyone, it was really good! The only minor issues we had is that the pictures for this rental include a picture of a pool and water slide which is deceiving. It's not on the same property and you have to pay to access it. Secondly, the previous tenants didn't sign out of Netflix. When we tried to remove and reinstall the netflix app on the tv, it asked for a pin code. The owner didn't know how to re-add it so we couldn't use it. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!
Decided MTB trip about 8 days before we could go and there absolutely no hiccups getting reservation scheduled, all necessary paperwork or getting checked in and checked out.
Beautiful condo!! Such a great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping and only a short drive or shuttle ride to WP base. We will definitely be staying here again!
Overall we liked this unit and Andy was really easy to work with. We liked the location since it was within a 5-10 minute drive of restaurants and Winter Park resort. The layout of the condo was really good. The only 2 negatives were that when we arrived the unit, it had not been cleaned. Andy dispatched the cleaning crew and they had the unit cleaned by the time we got back from dinner. I'm sure that doesn't happen often but it was a slight negative since we had already started moving our things into the unit and had to reverse course when we realized that we were put our belongs and groceries on the uncleaned counter tops, etc.
The only other negative is that the tenants in the unit above us walked in their ski boots most mornings starting at 7 AM. I know that Andy couldn't do anything about it, I just wish that we had known that before hand. Otherwise we really liked the unit, Andy was great and we would most likely stay in the unit again.
Everything about the condo was great. The one glitch was the Latch app which worked everywhere except on the door into the condo. The code worked so it was no problem. This is a property management problem and not an owner problem.
