This modern studio at Fraser Crossing sleeps up to 4 and puts you right at the base of Winter Park Resort, close to both Winter Park and Mary Jane. Walk to the slopes and the gondola, then unwind in front of the gas fireplace after a day on the mountain. THE HOME Living and sleeping area: King bed and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, a gas fireplace, cable TV and a selection of books from the owner's library. Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a small fridge, a built-in microwave/convection oven and a small cooktop - everything you need for a cozy dinner in. Bathroom: Spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity. Ski storage: This condo has an assigned ski locker. You'll find the 2 keys on a lanyard in the condo. THE COMPLEX Fraser Crossing sits at the base of Winter Park Resort. The shared amenity deck on the 3rd floor has an oversized hot tub, BBQ grills and a fire pit. The complex also has a shared laundry room on the 3rd floor (pay by credit card) and bike storage in a shared cage in the garage. Hot tub hours for ski season 2026/2027: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Bikes: To protect the carpets and walls, bikes can't be stored inside the condo or on balconies. Please use the bike storage in the garage. TRAVELING WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS? We manage other condos here in Fraser Crossing, plus several studio and 1-bedroom condos next door in Founders Pointe. The two buildings share the same underground parking garage entrance, so your group can stay close by while everyone has their own space. GETTING AROUND The Winter Park Resort base village is right outside, with lifts for skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking, plus snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining and entertainment year-round. The Grand Park Rec Center, about 4 miles away, has several swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with indoor track, a huge climbing wall, a gymnasium and a children's playground. Next door, The Foundry offers bowling, a movie theater and a brick-oven pizza bar. Safeway is 5.6 miles away in Fraser. Two sheets encase the comforter and are washed between every guest for an extra-clean sleep. • Parking: Parking is available in the attached heated garage, shared with Founders Pointe. It's free outside ski season and $30 per vehicle per day during ski season. • Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including the shared amenity deck. • Fire restrictions: We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates on fire restrictions in our area.
