This place truly delivered on ski-in/ski-out — being able to step right onto the slopes from the balcony was unbeatable. The location was even better than expected and made the whole trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. While the quarters were a bit tight, the space was well-used and served its purpose perfectly. We spent most of our time skiing anyway! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a prime slope-side location.

The location of this unit was perfect! It was so convenient to walk right out the back door to the gondola and the shops. It was spacious, clean and the laundry room was next door. We will be visiting again!

Great little condo. Ski right down to gondola. Gotta ski blue to get back though. Condo was well equipped and made for a great quick getaway. Communication was excellent. Parking in garage is extra $.
This is the 4th different condo we have stayed at in winterpark resort. Convenient location and always clean and quiet. Wish the tv was a smart one and that it was a little larger. Of course we are there to enjoy the outdoors which we did but it’s nice to wind down sometimes at night with a little tv. Mattress was a little too soft for us but ok. Overall great trip

To be honest needs upgrades pretty badly . Sooo hot no screens on windows so if u open them bugs come in . Mattresses were pretty lumpy ! I'm sorry to give a bad rating but just being honest . Did like location though
Everything was great, closeness to lifts, parking, eating and drinking establishments. The beds were a little hard for me, everyone else thought they were fine.Overall: Excellent.
Our host was extremely welcoming, checking in on us daily, allowed us both early and late check in/out. The unit was very clean, very nice amenities and extremely comfortable. The location of our unit was superb. A true ski in/ski out. Just walk out the back door to the porch, put on your skis and go. Being older I was able to sit inside the confront of the den to watch my grandkids put on skis for the first time and practice how to ski right outside the window. Everything was perfect.

Great room and location. It was wonderful to just walk out the patio and get on the lift. Everything worked great and furniture was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The company was very polite and wonderful to work with.

Location could not be any better. Close to the village (100 yds) and literally out by our skis/board on and go to the lift.
We had a great time in Winter Park and this condo was part of it. Can’t beat the location, Ski off the back porch right to the gondola and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo had everything we needed. Would recommend this unit.
Location to the chair lift was wonderful. Amenities such as plates, glasses etc was good but the pans were terrible and should be replaced. I find it really frustrating to rent a place that touts a kitchen but has absolute garbage cookware.
The location can't be beat. The condo was first rate. Excellent lines of communication with property manager. Not much to not love about this place.

CONVENIENT!
You can't get any better than this condo for location. My son and his friend were in heaven - open the door to the back porch, put skis on and in a few seconds they were at the lift. They would ski in for lunch and rest breaks, it's perfect. My husband and I had plenty of choices of eateries and bars within walking distance. It's very clean and the property management staff are professional and courteous.
Way too much brain damage overall, in the end, grossly overpriced for condition of property and inconvenience of use

The staff that assisted with reservations were great to answer questions, help with external services and exceeded expectations. The room was a described and met our needs to be so close to the ski lift. The cleanliness of the room was not so great as there were multiple issues, such as wrappers, popcorn, and candy in the floor, hair in the shower drain, and if didn't appear that the bathroom sink had been cleaned. The staff at the front desk and of the facility were quick to let us know that they were not affiliated with my booking agency and ignored other guest requests. My son and I had to deliver a large package to an elderly couple because their staff would not complete the task after 2 days. Overall, we would book again and with your company. Thank you for your customer service.

Bike In Bike Out!
We came for a long weekend in August, and wanted to be close to the gondola for some riding. I think this is the only ski in/ ski out ground floor unit in the building? Being able to ride right off of our private deck to the slopes and back made things super convenient, and we're already thinking about coming back for some skiing. The unit had everything that we needed!
