About this property

Secluded family-friendly condo a minute from ski shuttle and trailheads

  • Our condo is located at the headwaters of Vasquez Creek in Winter Park. It is a short walk to two shuttle bus stops, and Forest Service trailheads. The private entrance is tucked behind the building and is one of very few residences with views of Winter Park Resort's Pioneer lift. The condo is less than a mile from the best restaurants in downtown Winter Park, and an easy 10 minute drive to the Winter Park Ski Area.

    In the summer, our family loves mountain biking from our front door on the legendary Forest Service trail network.

    The first floor is designed for cozy entertainment, with a fireplace, large TV with free guest access to all primary TV providers including Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Prime, Netflix and more. As a bonus, the large sofa converts into a queen bed.

    The second floor master bedroom is cozy and quiet, with a large walk-in closet; the master is perfect for relaxing.

    The spacious second bedroom has a double queen bunk bed and full trundle. Kids and their friends love to play games in privacy.
