Awesome views overlooking the Winter Park Base await you at this 1 bed/1 bath condo. This condo has been recently updated and features a full kitchen with brand new appliances, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV and sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests. Bedroom has King size bed, in living room you will find a new queen sized sleeper sofa and ottoman that converts to a twin sized bed. You are sure to enjoy the incredible slope side views from the living room, deck and bedroom. Only steps away from the elevator with easy access to the gondola.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, ski lockers, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink (seasonal). Coin operated washers and dryers are located on every floor. Condo is located on 3rd floor in Riverside building facing the base area.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

Great location - just a short walk to the gondola. Unit has a well stocked kitchen and humidifiers for the bedroom. Instructions were excellent on parking. Would stay there again.

Daddy daughter weekend

Had a chance to take my oldest 2 daughters skiing for yhe weekeknd at Winter Park Resort. It was their first tine to Colorado and 2nd time for them to ski. Was a perfect weekend and a trip they will always remember. The place was just right and the location was amazing. Would stay again with no issues at all. Thanka for a great time!!!!

Great location and wonderful condo

We came up for a long weekend and absolutely loved this place. Host is great and you can’t beat the view. My wife was able to see me on the slopes from the room. Would stay here again in the future as it’s is steps from the gondola.

Perfect location

Could not have picked a better location. We very much enjoyed our stay with our kids. The condo could use some more silverware and an additional mirror. Nothing that would keep us from re-booking but more items we would bring with us or order if we visited again. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Porch was awesome to sit on while taking breaks and eating lunch. only 5 min, from your door to the gondola. Kitchen was well stocked but no room for food, as in most rentals. Management was very responsive with the couple little things we needed and gave us a late ck out so we could ski some fresh snow that fell overnight. Overall very pleasant experience. Would defiantly stay here again.

Perfect stay for skiing in Winter Park

What a wonderful one bedroom unit at the base of Winter Park ski. Although it was a late season skiing, the gondola is open therefore we can easily access to Mary Jane Area. We parked in underground garage with easy access to room and ski lockers. We stayed in Riverside section which we highly recommend. It is a little walk to 2 hot tubs on Slopeside. Room is very clean and comfortable. We have to connect with property management for things we need in the room and the response was so quick. We will definitely stay here again.
