Great base camp for my daughter and I to have a ski weekend. Brian’s communication was great! We enjoyed all the amenities Iron Horse offers in addition to being steps from the slopes!
Place was clean, well equipped and perfect for our needs of a couple day snowboard trip. Great amenities. Easy ski in/ski out access to the gondola. Handy storage area for skis/snowboards. Parking garage access was nice to have as well. Very close to the base of the mountain and just a few miles from downtown. Host attentive and was quick to respond if any questions.
Terrific and easy access to the WP base and from the Mary Jane base. Excellent amenities. Host was super communicative and very accommodating when we decided to add a couple of days to our stay. Even allowed us back in briefly when we realized we left a small item behind. Highly recommend.
Mountain places normally don’t have AC, but they usually rely on ventilation with opening doors and windows, but in July it was very warm this year and the place would not cool down until about 12:30 am or 1am for decent normal sleep temperature. So it was frustrating to do vacation things when you didn’t have as much sleep as you could have. I would ask the owner of this space to have a portable AC unit to help out these instances. I get it, there’s only two months out of the year where it’s really warm. But, in those two months it’s really uncomfortable to try to sleep when you need to other than that the accommodations were awesome. The proximity to the resort were great and the and the pool and the hot tub were amazing. Other than that, there were inconsistencies in the codes to go places in the condos themselves.
