This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom condo provides guests with an excellent location for a family vacation in Winter Park. The open floor plan features vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring, with the exception of the kitchen area, which is adorned with slate tile flooring. The kitchen comes equipped with new stainless steel appliances, light wood cabinetry, and a small kitchen island that accommodates up to two guests for a quick meal. Next to the kitchen, the main dining area includes a table with benches and chairs, seating up to four guests. The living area offers comfortable seating options for enjoying the flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, with easy access to a private deck on the third floor that presents a stunning view of the surrounding forest. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and features an updated bathroom designed with a cozy mountain theme. The second bedroom contains two sets of twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping four, and has access to an en-suite bathroom equipped with dual vanity sinks and a newly tiled shower and tub.
Located in the town of Winter Park, this property boasts a prime location for summer music festivals and events within walking distance. In the winter months, guests can take advantage of the complimentary town shuttle service that operates throughout the condominium complex, providing direct transportation to Winter Park Resort for skiing or snowboarding adventures. We had a great time as a family at this unit in Beaver Village. The condo was so clean and homey. We truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. We had some complications with check in and the staff was so easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. They were wonderful everytime we needed to get ahold of them! We loved that this unit felt removed from the town but was a very quick 1-2 minute drive to get into downtown. I highly recommend staying at Beaver Village for a family get away.
