The Coop: Ski In/Ski Out Studio Condo - Winter Park

Welcome to The Coop! We are excited to share our beloved little mountain haven with you!

Enjoy true ski in/ski out access from our cozy space that fits four. A queen-sized Murphy bed and a high quality pull-out couch bed (also queen-sized) tuck away in the day to make space for real relaxation next to the fireplace.

A full-sized kitchen with all the essentials makes cooking meals easy and helps keep your vacation costs down. We provide coffee, spices, salt, pepper, cooking oil, olive oil, and sugar for your use.

The wifi is strong and reliable and The Coop's TV has cable and HBO.

The shared amenities on site are also unbeatable. We love hitting the two large hot tubs, pool, and steam room après ski or mountain bike. The game room is a huge win for kids and adults alike with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and air hockey table. There is also a gym with brand new treadmills, rowing machine, bikes, elliptical machine, weights, yoga mats, etc., and a bluetooth speaker and TV so you can jam out or watch something entertaining while you pump some iron. The huge lobby and various nooks provide comfy couches and space to spread out.

Two on-site parking spots make this location a total game changer (one unassigned garage spot, one outside spot). Our favorite thing is to show up and not have to move our car for days! Just ski in, ski out, then relax and veg out!

The whole Coop is for your use and enjoyment! Please peruse our books, games, and build our puzzles.

You also have access to the pool, hot tubs, steam room, gym, locker/changing room with extra showers and bathrooms, lobby, and the game room. There are a plethora of awesome board games and a large TV with cable and HBO for your use in the game room as well.

Four ski locks will be left for you so you can lock up your skis in the ski room (just off the bridge to the ski slope on the 5th floor). There is a bike room in the garage for your use as well. Just bring your bike locks and store your bikes safely during your stay.

There are two massage therapists just downstairs in our building. Search Inner Peace Massage WP and Jill Suffin Massage to book your appointment.

A free shuttle serves the complex and provides direct service to the base of Winter Park and the heart of downtown, with return service right to our building. Search “The Lift WP” and select the Green Line.

There is a ski shop located on the first floor of Building D for rentals and tune ups. Hours: 8 am to 6 pm. Guests at Iron Horse save 20% on ski and snowboard rentals! Find the discount code in the Welcome Book on the counter when you arrive.
