The living room is distinguished by exotic jewel tones on the walls, enhanced by furnishings and accessories in similarly warm, rich colors. Guests can enjoy the gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a private patio that is accessible from this ground floor unit. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The master bedroom is adorned with vibrant walls that complement the custom furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and a fully renovated bathroom equipped with new vanities, countertops, and a shower enclosure. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and an additional full bathroom located in the hallway.
This unique and colorful two-bedroom condominium is conveniently situated near downtown and is just minutes away from Winter Park Resort, which can be accessed via the complimentary town shuttle. Located in the cul-de-sac between 10 to 11, this unit is only a short walk from the clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
