This beautiful, Riverside unit is located in Zephyr Mountain Lodge at the Base Village of Winter Park Resort in Winter Park, CO. It is just a few steps away to some of the best skiing, snowboarding, hiking and biking in Winter Park. Oversized bedroom has a king bed with brand new Saatva Luxury Classic mattress. Slopeside, gondola, Village, River and Continental Divide views! This lovely unit is at the end of the hall so it extends the length of the building which provides more square footage, privacy and sweeping views for your amazing stay at Winter Park Resort. Relax, unwind and have an amazing Rocky Mountain getaway? Yes, please! Relax on your private deck and enjoy watching skiers come down the mountain or ride the gondola. Enjoy apres-ski in the Base Village or by your private gas fireplace or make s’mores by the fire in the Village. Zephyr is the most convenient lodging at Winter Park, and this is an excellent one bedroom unit. Everything was well appointed and comfortable. I look forward to returning for another stay.
This unit is by far the BEST. It’s on the corner so it’s larger than others and it has the perfect view of the mountain as well as the gondola line. Super comfortable, well decorated and even had fun games for us to play. We will definitely be back.

The condo was great. The balcony overlooks the slopes, gondola and village. Easy access to everything.We arrived early and we were able to get in early and didn't need to store our luggage.
We have stayed in many units at Zephyr/Founders Point/Fraser Crossing and this is THE BEST one br unit. The living room and balcony is right above Doc’s Roadhouse PLUS there are additional views from the bedroom of the backside of the village. This place has everything we needed to have a great vacation. We would definitely choose this place again.
Convenient location for a work/ski week. Condo is at corner of building, very quiet. Ski lockers downstairs and building is 50 yards from gondola. Fridge died during stay, but owner fixed ASAP. Old building but condo recently renovated/upgraded.

- The bed is awful and needs to be replaced. There are indentations where people have slept. Hard to get a good night's sleep because of it.
This condo was perfect! Spacious and nicely appointed, king bed was comfortable, fireplace made it cozy, hot tub was great for sore apre ski muscles, and convenient to gondola! We will definitely book again!
The location can’t be beat. It’s at the end of the very end of the hallway and has a great view from the patio. I sat out there every evening. They had travel sized toiletries which even though we didn’t need them, it was a nice touch. There were plenty of bath towels and towels for the hot tub. Fluffy and smelled good. Kitchen stocked well. Seemed well maintained and not just old stuff the owner wanted to get rid of. Plenty of blankets and clean bedding. The mattress could stand to be replaced but overall everything was in very good shape. The owner is easy to communicate with and the building maintenance is top notch (we set the fire alarm off with smoke from burned toast and they were there within 5 minutes to check it out). The locker for your equipment is very nice. There’s nothing about this condo that we didn’t like. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

The property had an outstanding location, conveniently located in the center of Winter Park Ski Village. It was spacious, clean and had an excellent supply of kitchen equipment. We utilized the spa and it was great after skiing. I would have appreciated being informed of the parking situation before hand.
What we loved: LOCATION - steps from Starbucks, shops, restaurants and Gondola. Clean, spacious, comfortable property. Ski Lockers. Fireplace. Deck. It was great. Responsive host.
What could have been better - hot tub is a hike. Shower temps are mediocre at peak hours. Heat was difficult to regulate.
We are long time visitors to Winter Park. My husband and I took this trip to celebrate our anniversary. Our preferred place to stay is in the Zephyr and this unit did not disappoint. Check-in was simple and the unit was clean. The provision of nice towels for the hot tub was appreciated. It looks like this unit is booked for the rest of the winter, but perhaps we will get another chance to stay next summer.
Amazing location, the unit was actually better in person than online (which is rare). The manager was responsive, storage was really slick.
Our only hitch was parking, don’t misplace your ticket or it’s $120. Ouch.
We have stayed in Zehpyr Lodge many times. This was the best maintained and updated condo so far. It has a great location with views of the mountain and lifts. Very clean and owner was quicklky responsive.
The unit was well-appointed and spacious. We loved the king bed, the fully equipped kitchen, and the view of the Gondola Express lift. We overlooked the busy town center and could see how the lines at the lift were moving. Even though we were in the middle of the action the unit was quiet and cozy.
We hope to come back to this unit next winter.
The owner was 100% responsive to all inquiries and questions. That, too, was a big plus.
