Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Winter Park and approximately three miles from the Winter Park Resort, the property enjoys the advantage of a free town shuttle that stops right in front of the complex, ensuring easy access to both the ski area and downtown. The ground-level unit features an open floor plan with hardwood flooring and modern furnishings in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace, a DVD player, and a 50-inch flat-screen HDTV, all easily viewed from the spacious sectional sofa. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck equipped with a BBQ grill, providing breathtaking views of the Winter Park Resort. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances, newly installed cabinets, and countertops. Furthermore, there is a small breakfast bar that seats three, conveniently positioned next to the main dining area, which includes a table that can accommodate six individuals. The master bedroom is generously sized and features a queen-sized bed, a private deck, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for children, furnished with a captain's bunk bed, its own private deck, and access to the hallway bathroom. Our family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days of skiing at Winter Park. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained and exactly as advertised. We found everything we needed for our stay. We even enjoyed some sledding on the hill outside the condo thanks to a couple of sleds that are kept out on the balcony. The check-in process was easy and communication was good. We'd stay here again.
