Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright living room featuring a comfortable seating area with a three-seater sofa (convertible into a sofa bed), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. From here, you have direct access to the balcony. The interior blends classic and modern design elements, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere.The open-plan kitchen seamlessly connects to the living area and is fully equipped for your convenience. It includes a ceramic hob, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo and filter coffee machines, and a complete kitchen inventory.The bathroom on the lower level features a shower, toilet, and bathroom cabinet, offering everything you need for a refreshing start or end to the day.Upstairs, you’ll find the bedroom furnished with one double bed and two single beds. The room enjoys a peaceful setting and a quiet view, providing a fresh and relaxing ambiance every morning.In the basement, guests can make free use of the shared sauna that can be used privately and the washing machine and dryer. A complimentary laundry token is provided in the apartment.Step outside onto the 8 m² southeast-facing balcony, where you can enjoy sunshine until late morning and lovely views over Winterberg.The property also offers a private electric vehicle charging station, free of charge. Slow charging is available at approximately 2 kW per hour; guests are kindly asked to bring their own charging cable.
