Inside, enjoy a newly renovated living room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (including a king-size bed), and two modern bathrooms.

Step outside to a 900 m² private garden with a furnished terrace, perfect for sunny days year-round. The home is a great base for exploring Winterberg’s shops, restaurants, and cafés just 3 km away, or for hiking the wooded trails and rolling hills of the Sauerland region.
