We are offering our cosy and lovingly furnished holiday rental for up to 4 people for private rental in Winterberg.

This beautiful and quietly located holiday rental is on the ground floor (4-unit building) and is wheelchair accessible. It features two lovely terraces and a spacious garden.
Garden furniture, a charcoal grill, and a beach chair are available for your use.

Our holiday rental is located on a quiet side street in a residential area of Winterberg-Langewiese, right on the Rothaarsteig trail. Here you’ll find pure rural idyll!

You can start walks or bike rides right from our holiday rental. In Langewiese, you can go for walks without having to tackle significant elevation changes!

The Rothaarsteig hiking trail starts right outside our door.

The bus stop (which also serves as a ski bus stop) and shopping options (bakery, supermarket) are within walking distance—just 350 metres away.

The nearest ski area, Postwiese/Neuastenberg, is 2.5 km away (a 3-minute drive).

With a total of 61 square metres of living space, the apartment offers sleeping accommodation for 4 people, a beautiful open kitchen WITH A DISHWASHER integrated into a lovely and cosy living/dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

*Living & Dining Area*
The large and cosy living area features a large dining table, a smart TV with satellite channels and a soundbar, a DVD player, a CD player, and, of course, a sleeper sofa (pull-out, 130×200 cm) as well as 2 recliners.

*Kitchen*
The large and cosy open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a Senseo and a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and, of course, a full set of kitchen utensils.

*Sleeping*
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180×200 cm) and a large wardrobe. A sleeper sofa (140 × 200 cm) is available in the living area.
In another room (utility/hobby room), there is a bed (90 × 200 cm) available. This can also be used as an option. This bed can be pulled out, providing an additional sleeping space (90 × 200 cm) for a child.

*Bathroom*
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink, bathroom cabinet, hair dryer, and toilet.

A washing machine and dryer are available (included in the price).
A private carport and a parking space are located right next to the holiday rental (included in the price).

A visitor’s tax is charged additionally for each guest.
The visitor’s tax is: €2.20 per person per night—children up to age 15 are exempt. The visitor’s tax must be paid to us separately prior to arrival.
Upon payment of the tourist tax, you will receive a digital Sauerland Card via email. With this card, you can ride buses and trains throughout the Hochsauerland region for free. In addition, the Sauerland Card offers various discounts and reductions at many recreational facilities, such as amusement parks, museums, swimming pools, and ski resorts.

We now also offer a bed linens and towels package. The following items are provided per person: one set of bed linens, one duvet cover, one pillowcase, one large towel, one small towel, and one kitchen towel. The price for this package per person is 18.50 EUR. You can optionally book this package as an add-on with us. Please indicate this in the notes when booking or simply ask.
