The whole Christmas and Pineapple atmosphere, my boys adored ELFIE, the pineapple cookies, the staff, the extra goodies after we received after I was upset that we didn't get the decorated room that I booked - they sure made up their mistake with an upgrade and treats for my boys. You now have a customer for life after the way you handled my situation!"

"The Front desk People were absolutely wonderful. We were about to leave after we checked out and I realized that I had left my cane in the room. I went to the front desk and they were able to get me a key and into the room really fast and I came back down just as my cab came. I will stay at a hotel who hires people like that again!!!!"
