The room was amazing! The bed was so comfortable to sleep in! I love that they had dove body products to use. It was the first thing I noticed when I went into the bathroom! The location was awesome! The front staff was super helpful. I used the online check in system as I knew I was going to get in super late…they had all of my stuff printed and my room cards ready to go when I got there. So check in was literally showing my ID! I loved everything about my stay!

We loved the 2 queen bed deluxe room with the sitting area. The bathroom was nice, loved the walk in shower! I also like that there's not daily room service, only swapping towels as needed. Lots of space in the lobby for folks to get out of their rooms, and later hours which is awesome!

This property was very nice, and clean. The lobby area was nice to sit , hangout, watch tv. They offer a good breakfast, the staff was friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. I would stay here again

I liked most of their service, but I didn't like the hallway carpet design. It made me feel scared several times. When I opened the door, I saw that the hallway design looked like a fire, so I was scared several times. Also, my friend said it so scared her because it looked like blood.

The only complaint we had while staying here was that they must have used too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. As soon as we walked into the pool room our eyes immediately began burning, even other people staying there were complaining of their eyes burning in there. I got into the hot tub and once someone turned the jets on, the chlorine was so sting I couldn’t open my eyes because they burned so bad. Other than that the property was amazing, we will stay again! Just hope there’s not as much chlorine next time lol

The stay was good, but my room had a nasty stain on the dust ruffle on the bed. I knew I wouldn’t sleep in that side of the bed so I pointed it out to the front desk when I checked out. Overall the room was clean, building was clean, exercise room and whirlpool was great. I’d stay there in the future.

Not what I expected
I stayed in An accessible room. Didn't need it but that's all I could book at the time. Bed was low, but it was comfortable. Room was large, but we were assigned a room that was at the end of the hall. Seemed strange to be put all the way at the end when the hotel was pretty empty. Breakfast was really basic, some powdered eggs, Sausage links and waffles. Not impressed. I wanted to leave after my first night, but since I used a third party, I couldn't get a refund for 2nd night. They also charge a service fee 10.66 for using 3rd party company for reservation.
