A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive holiday apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—with its historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, including a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, free of charge. Entertainment is provided by a TV with hotel mode and an internet radio.
