These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—home to historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The lift goes up to the 2nd floor. You can reach the apartment, which has a living area of 84 square metres, via the staircase. The sunny loggia offers a delightful view of the harbour promenade.

A fully equipped, open-concept kitchenette is included. There are two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower and heated floors. Upon arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. Additional linen packages can be booked for a fee. This is a non-smoking residence. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the public harbour car park, approximately 300 metres away.

The modern 3-room apartment Hafenspitze 35 with Hafenflick Loggia has a spacious living area of 84 square metres and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Take the passenger lift to the 2nd floor, then use the staircase to reach your stylish holiday home on the 3rd floor. You’ll be welcomed by a bright living-dining area offering a cosy atmosphere, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable seating area, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and an internet radio with hotel mode.

Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. This makes self-catering an ideal option. In addition, the living areas are equipped with electrically operated exterior blinds.

Your holiday apartment also features two separate bedrooms with modern furnishings, each equipped with a TV. The comfortable bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack. Underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth throughout the apartment.
