Lovely house in prefect location

Great to be so close to the seafront. House was bright and garden was nice but showers holders broken and shower heads blocked and one very mouldy. Only seating in lounge are for 3 people.

Great Location. Nice House with a Big Garden. Shops and the Beach Are nearby. 4 Instead of 5 Stars because some stuff in the House Could Need some maintenance.Anyways, nice fast replying Host and a Great Stay!

Joli et chouette emplacement mais...

La maison est charmante et très bien située.Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes. Notre séjour s'est déroulé en hiver : une longue période sans chauffage a sans doute entraîné la formation d'énormément de condensation lors de la première soirée sur tout le sol du rez-de-chaussée et d'un voile d'humidité sur la vaisselle disponible. Il a donc fallu toute une soirée et la première nuit pour que le lieu soit finalement à bonne température. Il aurait été évidemment plus agréable d'entrer dans une maison pré-chauffée. La propreté laissait un peu à désirer: poussière, couettes et oreillers...Dans les chambres, il manque des meubles de rangements pour les vêtements. Les photos du site ne correspondent plus au mobilier de salon (il manque des fauteuils) : un seul divan de 3 places (pas de 1ère fraicheur) alors que nous étions 8, nous parait un peu juste.Le wc du rez-de-chaussée a un soucis de chasse qui se remplit trop lentement ou coule et son manque de débit restreint l'évacuation. Le pommeau de douche du premier étage ressemble au jet d'un robinet - il doit être probablement détartré ou changé. La colonne avec la douche ne tient pas très bien. L'évier de la cuisine se bouche très facilement malgré une utilisation tout à fait normale (ce qui est récurrent car un couple du groupe était déjà venu il y a 7 ans dans le logement et avait déjà eu ce problème). Le prix du logement demandé ne permet pas de faire l'impasse sur les manquements mentionnés.
