The modern and architect-designed house has got a first-class interior design with high quality furniture. There is a modern designed courtyard in front of the house and the entrance doors as well as a carport. The floor plans of the house are in line with the topography of the dune on which the house is built. In total there are three floors in this building.
The open designed apartment is to find on the entrance floor. It is equipped with a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room area and a separate bedroom area. This small apartment can be used separately or in combination with the large apartment.

Ruhig gelegen, der gegenüberliegende Kurpark mit Strandkörben ist eine gute Möglichkeit, den Tag bei gutem Wetter ausklingen zu lassen, da keine Terrasse vorhanden ist.
