Nicht einladend

Lage und Umgebung ist gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es genug. Das Objekt selber braucht ein wenig Liebe. Der Außenbereich ist Schmutzig und mit Unkraut und Gerümpel übersät. Das Mobiliar ist auch etwas in der Jahr gekommen und die Ausstattung des Geschirrs lässt zu wünschen übrig.
