Spanning two levels—the ground floor and the converted attic—this approximately 57 m² space offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for.
On the main living level, you’ll find the living room with an opening to the adjacent dining and kitchen area, which leads to the cosy, sheltered south-facing loggia; a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, exterior shutters, insect screens, and a spacious closet, as well as the shower room with a window.
Additionally, in the attic, you’ll find the second bedroom with a single bed and an entryway with a sink and space to set up a cot.
You can park conveniently to the right of the house in two parking spaces located one behind the other.
The beach is approximately 800 m away; the centre of Carolinensiel, with numerous shopping options, is only about 700 m away, and a children’s playground is in the immediate vicinity.
