"This was a great place to stay during our 6 day London trip. Located on a peaceful street minutes away from three tube stations and Paddington Railway Station, getting around was easy. It's also very close to Kensington Park and a number of museums local pubs and plenty of shops. "The apartment is perfectly located only a couple of blocks from the Paddington train station. In our case, we got assigned an apartment in an adjacent building and it was in a basement (although it did have a tiny patio with some light surrounded by high walls). The apartment was good, although a bit musky and very humid. The staff was excellent and provided anything we needed. A good buy for the price if you are OK with a place that has no sunlight and is a bit humid."

"This flat is conveniently located. The owner is very responsive, never had to wonder about anything whenever I had a question. I would say the flat misses a few minor things such as a full length mirror, and extra outlets (maybe have a multi plug outlet somewhere). I would be very happy to stay in this location again, it was super central, safe building access, elevator. Very happy with my stay 😊"

"Great stay! Good location - short walk down to the buses or metro. Lots of food options around. Rooms are small - tight but we only were there to change and sleep so it was perfect. Beds were comfortable - small when you’re coming from a King but did the job for the 4 nights we were there. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the subway at night and in the morning as we like to sleep with the window open. You could still hear it with the window closed but wasn’t too bad. Shower was incredible - great water pressure and the shower rain fall was perfect. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. It says there is no staff on hand but there was always someone at the desk. We felt the area was as safe and walkable at night. Our only complaint was that there was only 1 elevator as one was out of service. It made it difficult when staff were cleaning as they seemed to be using it constantly. The elevator is also very small and only good for 2-3 people. But most times we took the stairs anyways. we loved our stay and would highly recommend for the price we paid. Great fine!"
