Hotel is huge, Webber Grill Restaurant is good and it is close to Ballys! Room was OK but bed was out dated, Old and like sleeping on a box spring not comfortable! If u gamble at Ballys they will comp your parking daily. It is not safe in the early morning lots of homeless, pan handlers, drunk people and migrants outside all the hotels in this area at day break like 5:30-6:00 am! They will tell u if u are not from Chicago to get on with yourself before u get hurt! We were approached twice on our way to the parking garage!

Location is fantastic. Views impeccable. Downside - ABSOLUTELY Overpriced for the size of the room. Not even a continental breakfast included for the cost. $47 for a breakfast buffet? Ridiculously overpriced. I coild make the same breakfast st home for 1/4th the price.

Clean enough, no coffee replenished in my room daily. Nice gym. Reception okay. After giving them an extra 250 dollars for damage or any extra charges, they won't give it back for 5 days at least. Because of that I wont return...shame.
