"The staff did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They even added little touches like hanging a treat on my door knob for “Nikolaus Tag”. The whole place was decorated beautifully for the holiday season, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the service great. I will definitely return. "

Allocated 'non smoking' room then turned out to smell like an ashtray. Moved to a further clean but drab and basic room. Not worth the thre figure sum charged."
