The view from the balcony is terrific and the location is perfect for getting around between Kaiserslautern and Zweibrucken. The gem museum, gem mine, Celtic settlement were great trips and the open-air swimming pool in Rhaunen was much enjoyed. We visited Herrstein twice! Klaus and Anna were really helpful hosts. Fijn balkon en mooi uitzicht, je bent zo in de natuur. De wc zat in de badkamer, dat was soms wat onhandig. Prima plek! Gastheer was niet aanwezig maar wel goed te bereiken voor vragen."

"Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Fischbach war super angenehm. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern. Die Küche mehr als ausreichend bestückt mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle Kaffeemaschine etc…das Bett echt bequem. Wir waren wirklich positiv überrascht. Check in und out ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation war ebenso unproblematisch. Parken direkt vor dem Haus. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich und freuen uns schon auf ein wiederkehren :) "

"Just back from a visit to Idar-Oberstein. Parking was easy, I arrived after 10pm so reception was closed but a staff member was able to quickly get me checked in. Room was perfect for my stay. Hotel is close to the Felsenkirche and castles. The Norma shop is 2 minutes walk away and there are several places to eat in the square."

"I was extremely happy with my stay at Hotel Landgrafen-Mühle. My room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and reasonably priced. The hotel is very well run, and the staff was super helpful and friendly (and English speaking). Picturesque property, best schnitzel I had in Germany, and wonderful quiet. I left feeling calmed and recharged. A true gem, and I couldn’t recommend it more."
