    Perfect Summer break! Right on the beach with direct and easy access from the backyard. With stunning beach and ocean views from the lounge, dining, kitchen and main bedroom, the waves of the Beach break metres from the rear of this beachfront property. Stunning views of the Beach and Cathedral Rocks from both levels of the house.
    Enjoy free WiFi, Netflix, Disney and Paramount . Also provided is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, BBQ, a selection of books, DVD's and an abundance of board games.
    All bed linen, kitchen, bath and hand towels are all provided.

    IGA supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacy and an IGA liquor store are approximately 250m away.
    A children's playground and the Golf Club are a short walk away.

    Wallking distance to Minnamurra River, a great location for swimming, fishing, and stand up paddle boarding and kayaking.

    This beach front house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms down stairs. Access between levels is via an external staircase.

    Upstairs features a large main bedroom with ocean views, a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with trundles .

    The lounge and dining room have amazing views and an abundance of natural light. Cook with a view and beautiful ocean breeze in the kitchen. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.


    Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, the main with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and its own seating area with a lounge + chaise and a Flat-screen TV. The lounge and studio kitchen (with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine) have ground floor views and direct access to Jones Beach.

    The large flat back yard facing the beach has gorgeous views to create happy memories, and keep the kids busy for hours.

    A place that feels like home, wonderful beach walks and swims where you need nothing but your cosies and a beach towel!

    A great location for a casual get together.

The house was ideal for a group visiting the area for the annual Jamberoo soccer tournament. There were plenty of beds, the house was comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent as were the local amenities.

Beautiful beachfront getaway

The beautiful view of the beach from the property was breathtaking. The close proximity helped us literally walk over to the beach with our towels for a quick dip (many times in a day because it was that convenient). It was perfect for us as we didn’t really want to travel with our newborn during our stay. And our host Amanda was lovely and allowed us a late check-out too (super useful when you are traveling with a 2-month-old baby)

Perfect Beach House

We stayed for a week over Christmas with the family. Simple, comfortable house with a lovely view up the beach. The owners were super-flexible and helpful which made it all very easy. Will definitely return!

Amazing location

We were a little shocked that the property was a lot more run down than what the photos showed on the internet. Apart from that the location of the property was amazing and ticked all our boxes. The only thing that would have made the stay easier would be if the bathrooms had body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Fantastic position.

Fantastic location right on Jones beach. Facilities a little dated especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, no internal stairs between first and second floors. But you stay there just for the location.

Gorgeous spot

We were after a spot near the beach to have a girls weekend and we absolutely loved this spot. Perfect for watching the sunset over the ocean and for an early morning swim or a walk along the beach. 5 min walk from delish fish & chips for dinner and a couple of great options for breakfast & coffee. And 5 min drive from the main street of Kiama for some retail therapy. We had a great weekend. Thank you!

Cosy shack close to outdoor activities

We stayed over a cold winter weekend. The house is split in up and downstairs levels which are not connected. We kept to upstairs and enjoyed the spectacular view and the warmth of the afternoon sun. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks and close proximity to great cafe and fish and chips. We wanted to go bike riding with the kids and the location didn’t disappoint. Amanda was very helpful and easy to communicate with when needed.

Kiama Beach House

Wow! I highly recommend this home. First of all, the Kiama beach house is in a perfect location. It was fantastic for a little family getaway since it fit all 10 of us! We had an amazing time there, and Amanda, the owner, was so lovely to chat with. She added her personal touches to the house, like pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, coffee, sugar, and other essentials, which we were really grateful for. My favourite part of the house was the easy access to the beach. It was so airy, and the breeze that flowed through the whole house was just incredible! Amanda, thank you so much for letting my family and I stay at your beach house! We’re looking forward to coming back in the near future.

A Blissful Retreat Right by the Beach!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming holiday house, with my family. From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness that greeted us. The attention to detail, especially Amanda's thoughtfully curated gift basket, was truly heartwarming. It wasn't just a generic welcome - it was inclusive and culturally sensitive, reflecting a deep understanding of diverse guest needs. The house is nestled right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the waves as your constant companion. As for amenities, this place had everything one could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. From well-equipped kitchen supplies to cozy living spaces, every aspect was meticulously arranged for the guests' comfort. The only minor downside was the large sliding doors; while they provided stunning views, the instalment of fly screens would remove the issue of flies during the day, and insects at night. Despite this small drawback, I would highly recommend a stay here. It's a tranquil oasis where you can unwind, relax, and enjoy the beauty of nature right at your doorstep. Don't miss the chance to experience this slice of paradise – you won't be disappointed!
