"Friendly service, and the rooms were better than I expected. The checki-in though and the check-out process is quite different then the normal experience. But old town feel, key is in the room unlocked, and when you check-out, you just leave the room open and the key in the room. Overall, we enjoyed it!"

"Initially the cabin was a little confusing to find but a little looking around and we found it. It was small but cozy and clean. I read a comment on Facebook that said they felt like this town doesn’t want visitors and that’s exactly the vibe we got. Do not recommend staying late September because everything in the town will be shut down except a couple stores and one saloon. It might be close to Lamar Valley, but not worth the stay for me."

"Great stay. Jason was highly responsive. My only comment is that I’m 6’4” and cabin beams are maybe 6’5”? Just be aware if you are tall that it’s a low ceiling height. It was fine for me and I would Definately stay here again."

"We had a great stay! This was the perfect place to stay with access to the Lamar valley within 30 mins. Had everything we needed and the town of Silver Gate was cute too :)"

"Great location! 3 miles from YNP entrance - 25 minutes from Lamar Valley. The staff were all very helpful and gave us great recommendations on activities...great access to Beartooth Pass and Chief Joseph - checking out Cody, WY and Red Lodge, MT was a bonus we hadn't planned. The motel is rustic but clean - next time we want a cabin for our family. We plan on returning - ty"
