"Great location in close proximity to the medical facility where my wife was staying.Breakfast was ok, parking was great, staff was nice. If my wife has to return to the same medical facility, I would stay at this hotel again."

"We went to our room and the TV had a big black line on the screen ; we took a picture of it just in case ; we talked to the manager about it and he offered another room; the other room didn’t have a working AC. We decided to leave and I asked for a refund, the manager said he’ll give us credit. We ended up going to another La Quinta but we made the reservation directly with the hotel. I am still waiting for the refund ."

"The blinds were broken they wouldn't close i reported the day and they were never fixed i stayed 3 days i had to use hair clips so the sun would not come in"

"When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!"
