"Excellent location, close to airport with 24 hour shuttle. Room was nice & clean Easy check in, however we were not informed that a breakfast was included in our stay, only that coffee in the lobby was available to us 24 hours, therefore we missed having the benefit of the morning buffet that we inquired on as the shuttle picked us up. Also there is no real separate restaurant area for a dining experience, just an area of tables adjacent to the very small check in area with a small bar menu. We were told that the Crowne plaza a sister hotel does have a dining option, also there are other decent restaurant options in walking distance."

"Super easy to get too, clean, friendly, just very small but perfect for one night. Expensive but I assume that’s the going rate in Toronto!"

"They allow an extra hour yo check out. Breakfast was included in cost of room."

"Beautiful clean room and decor. The only problem were the kids who were there for a hockey tournament. They were playing hockey on the fourth floor, knocking on doors and trying to open doors. I thought that they were totally disrespectful . The parents were nowhere to be seen. I did call front desk to tell them of the issue, but no one picked up the phone."

"Amazing location and wonderful food and drink and staff. Rooms are not sound proof like Montreal. You hear beeping and buzzing and engines going all through the night. Not enough light in the bathroom for make up application."

"Run down, fine for one night. Not mentioned that interior rooms have a window looking down into the dining room, not outside. Shower was rough as well. "
