    The home features 4 comfortable beds and accommodates up to 6 guests, making it a great choice for military families, professionals, contractors, and families visiting the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area. A washer and dryer are available inside the home for your convenience.

    IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION:
    Only ONE vehicle is permitted. The home includes one assigned parking space directly in front of the house, clearly marked with the house number.

    Parking: One assigned space marked by house# is included directly in front of the townhouse. Guests bringing a second car may be able to find street parking on Patrick Henry Drive near Galt Court, approximately a 3–5 minute walk away. Street parking is first come, first served; please follow posted signs and restrictions. Other spaces inside the townhouse community require an HOA permit and are subject to towing.
    This is a townhouse with neighbors nearby. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m. Please respect our neighbors and keep music, conversations, and other noise at a reasonable level throughout your stay.
