"Great property. We were there just for a weekend bike race in Hastings, but believe it would also be a fantastic summer getaway at the lake. House was clean and well furnished. Owners provided lots of little touches, showing their passion for their property and their guests. Would recommend."

"The house was clean, its bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. 5 minutes from a local restaurant. More than enough room for the five us that stayed there."

"Wi Fi was down and also prevented the TV connection. It was not restored during my stay. Small breakfast choices. Positive 24-hour coffee. I have stayed here before and will stay again in the future. front desk people were helpful."

"The room appeared clean when I first walked in; however, I soon discovered a very long black hair right in the middle of the shower wall. It was very prominent and immediately visible once you entered the bathroom. I'm not sure how housekeeping missed that. Later in the evening, I also discovered thick layers of dust on the lamps and light bulbs. The hotel does offer breakfast but there's not much to it. They do have a one waffle maker, a basket of fruit, and a few other items like toast and pre- wrapped muffins. The bed was just average regarding comfortability. The hotel was quiet though."

"This place is amazing! The house was clean. Everything we needed was there. The host was very quick with responses and very kind! The atmosphere was perfect! The river and nature sounds were exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back when the river is back down to do some canoeing. Thank you for the relaxing stay!!"

"This property has everything you need for a perfect stay. The small pool is the neatest thing. Great hot tub. Honestly the perfect little house to be used for a getaway. I think the best thing was how versatile both the property and hosts were. So many options for every type of stay and family. 3 bed types, great for couples or families, romantic, or kid friendly fun, lots of activities and events in the surrounding area, seating inside and outside, place for meals or enjoying a fire. The master suite “shed” is unbelievable when you walk inside. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Very quiet. The hosts are accommodating and even pet friendly. We will stay again!"
