"First time to Big Bear. My husband and I went there to celebrate my birthday. We loved this hotel and all of its many amenities. The resturant DeLe Nonna’s was terrific! "Cabins were cozy and clean, it was stocked with basic camping needs. We had issues with the door code upon check-in but the staff responded sooner. Staff were very polite and responsive."
