"The Ferry Shuttle was on time and frequent. The staff spoke English extremely well and were so kind and welcoming. The hotel offers night shuttles so you can explore Miyajima at night. Highly recommend as there were minimal people at the later hours. The room was spacious with a fantastic view of the island and ocean. The dinner and breakfast were filling and delicious."

"We loved staying on the island, and location was great. The room was spacious but was an odd combination of eastern and western style. The room could use a refresh - seemed aged. Communication might have been the issue, but staff were not that helpful and when we asked for a late check out they could only accommodate for a fee. Hotel did not deliver based against expectations based on price. Hotel was not able to accommodate us for any meals."

"This was a great stay. Very modern. Location seems far from town, but is very easy to access via local train and very convenient if you want to see the Miyajima (there is also a ferry from DT to Miyajima). Onsen is mixed gender and provides bathing suits for guests. There is outdoor and indoor bathing options. The restaurant is one of the best meals we have ever had. A very special, multi-course dinner that is included in the hotel stay."

"The public bath is wonderful. Don’t worry if you forget to make a reservation for breakfast or dinner. I made them the same day. The quality of food is good. The quantity-you will not go hungry 🙃 for sure. The room was clean and comfortable."

"This place was amazing. The local train was maybe 5 minutes away. The showers had great water pressure. This place had super fast WIFI. There was even a “kinda” beach right outside the front of the hotel overlooking the mountains. The restaurant was super yummy. And the staff was very polite. Great place to stay, should I come back this way, I will totally use again."
