"We had a great time here with our group! There was a trampoline, a huge yard, a beautiful lake view from the deck hot tub. The house was recently redone inside, and the rooms were nice, with a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor firepit and fireplace were both wonderful. The only thing preventing 5 stars was that the outside of the house could use a facelift, and the deck could use being redone in some places. But our experience was very nice, and we would come back again!"

"This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. Definitely stay here!"

"Beautiful place tucked back in the woods. Very relaxing and incredibly clean. The free coffee was a nice touch too. Will 100% be returning to The Gunks because of this house. "
