"While booking the room. Expedia changed the date. I should have reviewed it but it was Thursday night and I was tired. I clicked go and then reallized I just booked a hotel 3 hours away for that night, not Saturday as it read when I started the booking. Tried to cancel but it was too latesince it was present time. I contacted expedia texted with a robot for 15 min then got a real person texting. Was told it was the hotels policy and nothing expedia could do. I left a message with the hotel. A woman from the hotel called me Friday morning and said she would cancel my payment for me. Unfortunately the money was put into my expedia account for future use. So 5 for the hotel & its staff. 0 for expedia for its crappy website and unwillingness to try to get my money back."

"Checkin was easy, bed was comfortable, breakfast had a few options. I had a room at the end of the property so it was quiet. There was a spider in my room but they don't bother me so it really wasn't a big deal, but I know some people fear them so for others it might have been an issue."

"Check in was quick and easy, bed was quite comfortable, great water pressure, quiet room at the end of the hall, everything looked clean and well kept. Front desk employee was friendly. No breakfast available."

"The breakfast and staff were AMAZING! Freshly made scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, french toast, waffles, Cabot yogurt with all the fixings, dry cereal, hot oatmeal, breads, muffins, danish, etc. Everything was delicious and well presented as well! Forgot to mention freshly gound coffee! YUM! KUDOS!"

"The hottub and heated pool were amazing after a long day on the slopes. The continental breakfast was a great bonus as well- so much food and it was all delicious! This will be my new favorite go to when coming to Killy"
