$100 damage deposit assessment if you disconnect, add or reroute ANY wires or plugs from the TV or your own boxes or game systems, laptops, etc.

CHECK OUT: 11 AM. Leave the home in ‘as found’ condition. Strip beds used. Start washer. Lock all doors & set A/C to 75F. LEAVE KEYS! $50 to replace!
