Located in the absolute heart of Wooloweyah, this fantastic four-bedroom house has been artfully and comfortably furnished to make you feel right at home. The generous back deck directly looks over the lake and national park with an uninterrupted view, and overhangs a large lawn perfect to host all your outside games with friends and family. After a busy day outdoors you will be looking forward to the homely and welcoming comfort of Villa Belza. Adorned with antique furniture and artwork, as well as a very effective fireplace in winter, Villa Belza is set to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Note that the air conditioning unit is in the main bedroom only. The front-yard is fully fenced but the lake-facing backyard is an open space.

Quiet and secluded

This is a quiet secluded holiday home with beautiful views over Lake Wooloweyah. Our family read books, drank wine, bushwalked and walked our dog on the beach. Yamba is a short drive and has all the facilities you need, even a local brewery and plenty of shops and cafes for diversion. The neighbours are lovely. When we walked our dog everyone stopped for a chat.

Beautiful property

This a beautiful home located in a quiet location about 5 minutes out of Yamba. On the lake, with a fire place. I’d do winter rather than summer. Only down fall is a bad sewerage smell. Not from the house but perhaps the lake? Pierre was a wonderful host!

Great return visit 2nd time

We returned to Woolwoweya after nearly 3 years and we were instantly glad we did. Our family (including the pooches) had a lovely time, relaxing and just what we needed. We will return again

Lovely home, all comforts catered for. Pierre was a lovely host and very welcoming. Beautiful sunsets over the lake. Even the neighbours were friendly. Great location if you like walking on the beach with your dog, red wine in front of a fireplace and a book.

Relaxing

Place was so cosy and the perfect place to spend enjoy a relaxing holiday. Quiet street, awesome layout and amazing views from the back deck. Only did use one bedroom (upstairs loft) & bedding and pillows were completely comfortable. Everything else downstairs was great. Kitchen has everything plus fenced front yard for doggo was awesome! Thanks again!

The setting is tranquil with beautiful views. The house has everything you need, was clean, comfortable & close to town. Neighbours were welcoming & friendly. Fabulous place to wind down.

Chilled lake house in quite neighbourhood

Nice and quiet location with lake frontage. The house has all the necessities and plenty of space. The rear deck is spacious and relaxing to sit and take in the lake views. Highly recommend for families and coupes. Bonus that it’s pet friendly.

Perfect weekend with family and friends

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Belza. Beautiful and serene location with the lake and the reserve park at your doorstep, very clean property, comfy beds and little art treasures all over the place. Pierre is a wonderful host and very accomodating to our needs. He allowed us to have a late check-out which was lovely. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful house close to Angourie and Yamba with most rooms enjoying great views over the lake.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Belza with our 3 children in the school holidays. The beaches and restaurant at Angourie are superb and only a short drive or ride away. The house itself is well appointed and designed with separate parent and children sleeping areas, a large living room and huge deck to take in the stunning views of the lake and sunset. We’d thoroughly recommend the house to anyone who wants to stay close to Yamba but not in the town itself.

Beautiful location with stunning views overlooking the Clarence river. Quiet & peaceful place to stay. Enjoyed kayaking & fishing on the river. Really enjoyed discovering the local national park bushwalking tracks. Access to another bike would have been helpful.

Wonderful house on the lake

We had a lovely time away in this very comfortable house. The views are stunning, and the host was a true pleasure to communicate with. The location is quiet despite close by neighbours, with Yamba only a few minutes drive away.

As much or a little as you want

We had a wonderful family break away from home, complete with man's best friend. The house and overall property was much more than we expected, it suited us perfectly. Probably most suited to a family due to room layout. It has a magnificent outlook, a wonderful covered deck...I miss the sunset over the water already! A friendly neighborhood, and lovely host. Lots to do, or just laze about!
