"The room was the least attractive part of the whole hotel. Seemed a little run down. The person responding to Expedia messages answered (incorrectly, about laundry services available) after I had already checked out, even though I sent the message before I even checked in"

"The room was extremely quiet and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind. The daily cleaning was excelent. Amazing view over the city and to the ocean. The gym was great and the location was very walkable too. The only slight downside was breakfast, as more fresh fruit options would make a huge difference to make it healthier. We would 100% stay again however."
"Staying at this awesome apartment was fabulous. The beds were comfy, location was great and the views superb. We really appreciated the extras of bubbles, bread, milk, butter etc on arrival. It was so lovely not to have to think of it when we arrived. Having a range of brochures available for us to check out and peruse was also good. Sitting on the balcony at night, watching the sunset over the mangroves was pure bliss. We also made great use of the pool noodles supplied. They were perfect for the water holes: Berry Springs and the town lagoon come instantly to mind. Jan was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for a truly wonderful and memorable stay. "
