5 star amenities but not ( star service.
Late room cleans. Thin walls. Can’t get service by the pool need to order on app and collect from restaurant. Very strange

Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate.
Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice.
Rooms need an upgrade a little worn.
